After PURCHASING:
Print files are available immediately after purchase.
They are automatically sent by Etsy as an attachment to your email receipt.
You can also access your files on your COMPUTER by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews www.etsy.com/your/purchases Then, next your order, select Download Files.
If on an iPhone, once you locate your order within the Etsy app, click the tiny grey arrow on the right side of the order, then scroll down to “Download files”.
If you purchased as a “Guest”, you will receive your files attached to an email receipt that is automatically sent from Etsy.
Depending on your purchase, you will find JPEG files labeled by dimension, a ZIP FILE containing multiple JPEG files or a PDF containing a link to Dropbox. From here you would click to open and download the file(s).
